The energy saving of the motor is a systematic project, which involves the life cycle of the motor. From the design and manufacture of the motor to the selection, operation, adjustment, maintenance, and scrap of the motor, the effect of the energy saving measures should be considered from the entire life cycle of the motor. Starting from the following aspects can improve the efficiency of the motor.

1. The design of energy-saving motor refers to the use of modern design methods such as optimized design technology, new material technology, control technology, integration technology, and test detection technology to reduce the power loss of the motor, improve the efficiency of the motor, and design an efficient motor.

2. While the electric motor converts electrical energy into mechanical energy, it also loses a part of its own energy. Typical AC motor losses can be generally divided into three parts: fixed loss, variable loss and stray loss.

①The fixed loss has nothing to do with the load, including iron core loss and mechanical loss. The core loss is composed of hysteresis loss and eddy current loss, which is proportional to the square of the voltage, and the hysteresis loss is also inversely proportional to the frequency.

② Variable loss varies with load, including stator resistance loss, rotor resistance loss and brush resistance loss.

③ Stray losses are mechanical losses and other losses, including friction losses of bearings and wind resistance losses caused by rotation of fans, rotors, etc.

3. Variable frequency speed regulation technology can also be used. High-efficiency motor and variable-frequency motor tests put forward higher requirements on the functions and performance indicators of the test equipment. In order to accurately obtain the efficiency of the motor, a broadband power analyzer with a microprocessor and a variable-frequency power transmitter with a higher accuracy level should be used /sensor.

4. The standardized motor test bench is a new test system launched in response to energy saving and emission reduction and aimed at the motor energy efficiency improvement plan. The standardized motor test stand standardizes and instruments complex systems, improves system reliability, simplifies the installation and commissioning process, and reduces system costs.

①Digital power supply

Meet the requirements of GB/T1032-2012 and GB755-2008 for motor test power supply, and perform corresponding operations under program control.

②Frequency conversion power sensor

Meet the performance design requirements, measure the main electrical parameters during the test, and transmit them to the test bench variable frequency power analyzer through the optical fiber.

③ Switch measurement and control

A distributed measurement and control system is used to complete the control and testing of all switches in the system including power cabinets and measurement switch cabinets.

④Analog test

The distributed measurement and control system is used to complete the test of 8-channel temperature and 1-channel torque and speed, and is transmitted to the test bench frequency conversion power analyzer through optical fiber.

⑤Automated test bench

a. Complete the communication control of the equipment through each interface and obtain the electricity and non-electricity measurement data of the test process;

b. According to the test project, complete the configuration of the test power supply, control the switch state, realize the process control of the test project through software design, complete the test process, and obtain the corresponding test data;

c. Process the data obtained in the test process according to the standard to obtain test results and form a test report;

d. Test report storage and printing.
