1. Installation issues

①Heavy eccentric blocks are installed at both ends of the vibration motor. If installed vertically or obliquely, the bearing axis should bear the weight of the eccentric blocks.

② If there is no special device in the vibration motor, it will adversely affect the bearing, thereby shortening the service life.

Precaution:

①Select vertical vibration motor;

② Try to avoid vertical or inclined installation.

2. The adjustment of eccentric block

When adjusting the eccentric block, the direction of the eccentric blocks at both ends is mistakenly reversed, so that the vibration motor generates a spatial torque, which causes the vibration motor to work in an abnormal state, which may cause burnout.

Precaution:

When adjusting the eccentric block, we must pay attention to its symmetry, that is, the eccentric blocks at both ends correspond to each other, or the connection lines of the center of gravity of the eccentric blocks at both ends must be parallel to the rotation axis, and cannot be in a different plane state.

3. Loosening of anchor bolts

① Due to the special structure of the vibration motor itself, the excitation force generated by the eccentric blocks at both ends of it will hit the anchor bolt 2,000 times per minute;

② Due to the vibration of the vibration motor itself, the anchor bolts are very easy to loosen. Once a bolt is loose, it will cause other bolts to loosen or even break in a short time, thereby burning the motor.

Precaution:

① Reinforce anchor bolts frequently;

② Add anti-loosening device;

③Ensure good contact between the anchor surface and the motor floor, so that several anchor bolts are evenly stressed.

4. The sealing problem of the protective cover

Since the working environment of the vibration motor is generally very harsh and dusty, if the protective cover is not tightly sealed, it is easy to enter the dust, causing the frictional operation of the eccentric block, thereby burning the motor.

Precaution:

① Increase the sealing of the protective cover;

② Regularly clean the dust inside the protective cover.

5. Heat dissipation

The vibration motor has no fan to dissipate heat, and all depends on natural cooling. In addition, the working environment is very harsh, and the dust is large. The dust is easy to accumulate on the surface of the motor, which causes the internal temperature to be too high and burn the motor.

Precaution:

① Frequently remove the dust on the surface of the vibrating screen vibration motor to make it work under good conditions;

② During the design process, the surface of the vibration motor should be as smooth as possible, so that the dust is not easy to accumulate. If you work in a dusty environment, you should consider subtracting the fins on the surface of the cabinet. Because the heat dissipation ribs not only can not dissipate the heat, but also tend to accumulate dust and hinder the heat dissipation of the motor.

6. Ambient temperature

The vibration motor and the device are rigidly connected, and can also be said to be a whole. If the temperature of the material transported by the device is too high, it is easy to cause the temperature of the ground and the chassis of the vibration motor to increase, causing difficulty in heat dissipation, and thus burning the motor.

Precaution:

①Under the premise of not affecting the operation of the equipment, try to keep the vibration motor away from high-temperature materials;

②Try to reduce the temperature of the material.
